Please note that:

• International athletes requiring appearance fee and/or housing: please contact our athlete manager Dave Klink (dave@goudenspike.nl). International athletes not requiring appearance fee and housing can register online.
• To register for the 10000 meter, please contact Dave Klink (dave@goudenspike.nl).
• Selection of athletes will be based on 2019 and 2020 performances.

Registration instruction

1. Select your country
2. Select your category (Senioren mannen = Men, Senioren vrouwen = Women)
3. Check the events (Discuswerpen = DT; Kogelstoten = SP; Speerwerpen = JT; Hoogspringen = HJ; Polsstokhoogspringen = PV; Verspringen = LJ)
4. Enter your best result in 2019 or 2020 (Prestatie = Result)
5. Click VOLGENDE (NEXT)
6. Fill in your personal details:
   – Voornaam = First name
   – Achternaam = Last name
   – Geboortedatum = Date of Birth
   – Geslacht = Sex (Man = Male, Vrouw = Female)
   – Atletiekunie lidnummer: SKIP THIS FIELD!
   – Check the boxes “Ik ga akkoord met …” (I agree …)
7. Click VOLGENDE
8. Check the data; Correct if necessary
9. Click VOLGENDE
10. An e- mail will be sent to you with the instructions how to pay the registration fee (8 euro per event). Please make a money transfer to:
